These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," "you," or "your") and AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, operating through COMMAND Ai·OS, TakeCOMMAND, and/or one or more current or future niche-specific brands, divisions, websites, landing pages, campaigns, subdomains, or service offerings operated by AutomateTech Solutions, LLC.

For purposes of these Terms, "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, COMMAND Ai·OS, and any related niche-specific identity brand, marketing brand, white-label brand, landing page, or service offering operated by AutomateTech Solutions, LLC.

By accessing, using, purchasing, subscribing to, submitting information through, or interacting with any of our websites, landing pages, platforms, software, automation systems, AI services, communication channels, consultations, social accounts, advertising campaigns, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services

AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, through COMMAND Ai·OS and related niche-specific brands, provides AI-powered marketing, automation, CRM, communication, lead generation, operational workflow, customer engagement, reputation management, analytics, chatbot, voice AI, scheduling, follow-up, advertising, website, and business growth services.

Services may be marketed under different niche-specific identity brands created for specific industries or audiences. These brands may have their own names, websites, landing pages, funnels, offers, content, social media accounts, and messaging, but unless otherwise stated in writing, they are operated by AutomateTech Solutions, LLC and powered by COMMAND Ai·OS and/or related white-label technology platforms.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

AI-powered automation systems

CRM implementation and configuration

AI voice and chat assistants

Lead generation systems

Website design and optimization

SEO and Generative Engine Optimization

Google Ads and Local Service Ads management

Social media advertising

Automated follow-up systems

Review generation systems

Reporting and analytics dashboards

Workflow automations

White-label marketing and fulfillment services

AI-driven communication systems

Subscription software access

Consulting, onboarding, and implementation services

Customer service automation

Appointment scheduling systems

Missed-call text-back systems

Industry-specific business growth campaigns

Certain services may rely on third-party software providers, APIs, platforms, infrastructure partners, AI providers, CRM systems, payment processors, communications providers, or white-label fulfillment systems.

Niche-Specific Brands

We may operate, promote, or provide services through niche-specific identity brands designed for particular industries, business types, or audiences. These may include brands focused on trades and blue-collar businesses, home service companies, contractors, law firms and attorneys, dental practices, medical or wellness providers, local service businesses, professional service providers, real estate-related businesses, agencies, consultants, and other business categories.

These niche-specific brands are marketing, positioning, and service-delivery brands. They do not create a separate legal entity unless expressly stated in writing.

Any purchase, subscription, consultation, form submission, SMS communication, email communication, or service engagement through such brands is governed by these Terms and is with AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

No Legal, Financial, Medical, Or Professional Advice

Our services are designed to support marketing, communication, automation, lead generation, business operations, and customer engagement. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, or other licensed professional advice.

If your business operates in a regulated industry, including but not limited to legal, dental, healthcare, financial services, insurance, real estate, or professional licensing fields, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your marketing, communications, client intake, advertising, disclosures, automations, AI-generated content, and customer interactions comply with all applicable laws, rules, ethical obligations, licensing requirements, advertising regulations, and professional standards.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue increases, advertising performance, conversion rates, booked appointments, business growth, profitability, search engine placement, AI-generated accuracy, marketing outcomes, customer acquisition results, or return on investment.

All results vary based on numerous factors including industry conditions, competition, market demand, customer behavior, advertising budgets, offer strength, response speed, client participation, implementation quality, reputation, pricing, location, and external platform changes.

Any examples, projections, case studies, testimonials, or estimates presented are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or expected results.

Ai & Automation Disclaimer

Our services may utilize artificial intelligence, automation systems, machine learning tools, AI-generated communications, predictive systems, call automation, chatbot systems, CRM workflows, and third-party AI infrastructure.

You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors; automated systems require human oversight; AI responses may not always be correct, complete, current, or appropriate; you remain solely responsible for all business decisions; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use; automation systems may occasionally fail, misfire, duplicate messages, delay responses, or experience interruptions; and AI and automation tools should not replace qualified professional judgment.

We shall not be liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs, recommendations, automations, workflows, scripts, summaries, messages, or communications.

White-Label & Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party infrastructure, integrations, white-label fulfillment providers, software platforms, APIs, hosting systems, payment processors, communication tools, advertising platforms, CRM systems, AI technologies, and data providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for outages, interruptions, API limitations, feature changes, policy changes, account suspensions, platform removals, deliverability issues, data loss caused by third parties, pricing changes from external providers, service limitations, or integration failures.

Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

We may offer recurring monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, one-time setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, custom invoices, project-based billing, consulting fees, advertising management fees, software access fees, and campaign management fees.

By purchasing services, you authorize AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, COMMAND Ai·OS, its niche-specific brands, and/or its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Failure to pay invoices or subscription fees may result in suspension of services, removal of access, termination of accounts, interruption of automation systems, cancellation of active campaigns, withholding of deliverables, or deletion or disabling of workflows.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. No refunds shall be provided for subscription payments, setup fees, onboarding fees, consulting services, implementation work, custom configurations, AI systems, automation systems, digital services, software access, advertising services, white-label services, completed work, partially completed work, strategy sessions, campaign builds, landing pages, CRM setup, or workflow configuration.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate information, cooperate during onboarding, provide necessary access credentials, maintain lawful business practices, review AI-generated content where appropriate, comply with advertising platform policies, comply with applicable laws and regulations, obtain necessary permissions from customers, leads, employees, or users, and maintain proper disclosures, licenses, disclaimers, and compliance procedures.

Sms Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, COMMAND Ai·OS, and/or related niche-specific brands operated by AutomateTech Solutions, LLC. Messages may include appointment reminders, onboarding updates, automation notifications, customer support communications, account alerts, promotional communications, follow-up messages, and consultation reminders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@commandaios.tech.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, automation systems, workflows, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, AI systems, dashboards, configurations, processes, offers, scripts, landing pages, campaigns, frameworks, and materials provided by us remain the property of AutomateTech Solutions, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for nonpayment, abusive behavior, policy violations, unlawful activity, misuse of services, platform abuse, violation of these Terms, reputational risk, suspected fraud, or non-cooperation during onboarding or implementation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomateTech Solutions, LLC, COMMAND Ai·OS, and related niche-specific brands shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, lost revenue, lost data, advertising losses, platform outages, automation failures, AI inaccuracies, third-party service failures, consequential damages, missed leads, missed calls, missed appointments, or compliance failures caused by client use or approval. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client to AutomateTech Solutions, LLC during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitration, or pursue claims collectively.
